The County and Probate Court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation convened in regular session on the 7th day of July, 1902. Judge J. H. Goforth, Judge
The case of Emerson Allen was taken up and disposed of as follows:
So the motion of Emerson Allen vs. John Baker, having been fully considered and so adjudged and ordered that one sorrel bald faced pony as described by the same is the property of Gipson Falomey*, now in the possession of Emerson Allen and is to be retained in the possession of the same as belonging to the estate of Gipson Falomey. Given under my hand and seal of the court on this the 7th day of July, 1902. J. H. Goforth, Judge
Sheriff J. W. Durant made his quarterly report and court was adjourned to the first Monday in August, 1902.
The County and Probate Court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation convened at Caddo, Indian Territory the first Monday, the 4th of August, 1902. J. H. Goforth, Judge
Petition No. 33, L. L. Booker, asking for letter of Administrator of the estate of M. F. Robinson, deceased. The same was granted and bond was fixed at $3,000.00. Appraisers were appointed, C. H. Jones, Emerson Allen, and J. J. Gardner.
The report of C. W. Seago, Case No. 52, on the estate of C. E. Betts, was granted and his 3% was allowed, which was $32.78, leaving a balance due the estate of $152.42.
Court adjourned to meet the first Monday in September, F. E. Folsom, Clerk
The County and Probate Court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation convened in regular session at Caddo, Indian Territory, at 9a.m. J. H. Goforth, Judge
Case No. 55- Sim Armby asking for letters of administration of the estate of Jannie McGee, deceased. The same was granted and bond was fixed at $251.00. Appraisers were appointed, Solomon Julius, Elin Julius, and Jaffers William.
Case No. 58- Emerson Allen, administrator of the estate of Gipson Filmore, deceased was granted.
Case No. 60- Milton P. Riddles, asking for temporary letter of guardianship of the estate of Mary Riddle, deceased, Waller, Marvin, Jenny, Grover, Russell, and Samuel Riddle. The said temporary petition was granted and bond was fixed at six-hundred dollars. Court adjourned. F. E. Folsom, clerk.
The County and Probate Court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation convened in regular session at Caddo, Indian Territory the 29th of September, 1902, for the purpose of making a settlement with the Sheriff.
Sheriff J. W. Durant proceeds to make his report in open court:
Amount of renters permits collected- 47….$188.00
Hay Royalty….$1,029.90
Ranger….$72.40
Wm. Folles, permit No. 554, in the employ of Nat Mc___, was revoked
P.P. Miss, permit No. 632, in the employ of Cain Payton was revoked
Old Blue County warrants cancelled and returned to the office of Blue County were $365.20
