We too are facing voting for our area. I wonder how much of nonvoters even know what is going on and where their civic duty lies. I am thankful for those passionate few in our local community to disseminate information.

Our problem isn't one of not having enough taxes to build schools, necessarily, but that w can't get them built fast enough.

Our newest elementary has 950 kids enrolled and pulled from three other elementary schools. Our high school and middle schools are less than 8 years old and we need a second one built for each. Our population will double in the next four years according to the census bureau.

Our bond issues are coming up soon. I'm going to vote, but I am just one of many.

I wonder how many people vote "no" because they aren't informed or they think they are being prudent by not spending money. --Sometimes you just have to!
