Grateful

 

I am so very grateful for some email/genealogy friends who stopped by the BBQ yesterday and brought me boxes and boxes of school supplies. Their generosity was overwhelming and much appreciated!

I am grateful for everyone who toiled through the heat yesterday to give us a rodeo parade. I always enjoy a parade!

 

I am grateful for the friends who joined together to serve the Buffalo Trail BBQ. And very, very grateful for the friends and family who showed up to eat.

I am grateful for the people who donated items for our silent auction.

I am grateful for my health because I know that many people were unable to attend the festivities yesterday because of a recent illness, surgery, or debilitating condition.

 

I am grateful that the buntings returned yesterday afternoon to make me smile.

 

 

I am grateful that the raccoons came last night to not only eat, but to playfully roll around and relax. Another reason to smile. (And notice how much the resting one looks like a cat.)
