I went for a walk around yesterday and took inventory of the plants that were damaged by the recent snow and ice storms. Actually not as bad as I had feared. Looks like I might be replacing a lilac and two gardenias.
It was windy, windy, windy so I looked for things to photograph that were managing to stay somewhat still. The cows gave me some odd looks, but the sweet new calves ran into the bushes and played shy. I'll get them later.
First frog!! Difficult to photograph something that is brown and the size of a nickel, but worth the effort just for this cute sign of spring.
