A great day!

 
Yes, Mrs. Maurer spent most of her birthday alone. However, I was still so blessed! (That's my friend's mule- I couldn't find an old gray mare.)

I started getting cards and messages and emails Friday. Many, many more today.

 

I got several phone calls today that included sweet voices singing Happy Birthday.

I got to spend part of the morning with Gary before he went off to work, and part of the afternoon with my father.

 

 

It was sunny and warm today, so I walked down to the pond.

 

 

On top of everything else I felt pretty good for an old woman!
