before I go on vacation. I took these shots during the last three days. It has been very entertaining in our yard since I learned to look at something besides my flowers! Of course my housework is even more neglected, but who really cares? This is much more fun! Oh, the pink crape myrtle is downtown. It is one of the best little trees I’ve ever seen.

Mary, the pictures are beautiful. How can you bear to go and leave your garden? Just kidding--we all need a break from time to time. My garden in Southeast Missouri needs rain badly so I have to babysit it to water it!

I agree with Joni, I can't believe you'd want to do anything but be in your yard and neighboring pastureland. Beautiful!
