The DASH diet is a LOT of food. I noticed that while I prefer this type of eating, I take to many shortcuts with snackfoods. If I ate more fruits and veggies & whole grains and fewer candy (still don't know how that happened!), I think I'd be pretty close to this diet--AND I'd shrink.
