I've always wondered about sodium, but since there's no real way to measure it in the food I eat, I just tried not to sprinkle more on top.

My husband is a salter. Salt it before he even tries it. He's got Tyler heading that way and I put my foot down. But if the kids see Daddy shaking something onto his food, they "want some" too.

I guess you don't want to know about the years I would just eat a little table salt straight instead of the salty french fries because I was craving it. . . I figured I was doing myself a favor by "saving" the fat calories and just going for the salt that I was craving.
