Okay, that’s what I get for watching stupid talent shows!! Some tone deaf chicken man wins America’s Got Talent and Barbara Padilla, one of the most talented singers I’ve heard in years, comes in second. America is crazy!!!
More rain today, and perhaps tomorrow, and tomorrow… I must remember to be careful about what I wish for.
Karen is better! I have been talking to her for a little while each night. Pneumonia is tough to endure because it not only hurts, but exhausts you! She is still days away from a full recovery, but her doctor seems to be using the right combination of medications. At least she has been able to stay home.
School is going well despite the rain. Believe it or not we are just a few short weeks away from our first report card and parent conferences.
Gary and I bought a convection oven and I am just minutes away from biscuits for breakfast!! There goes the diet.
