Well, most of my students were determined to make a liar out of me. Thank goodness! I was so worried about their addiction to television and their need for high tech toys. However, after numerous discussions of new games and movies and the high-tech gadgets, when it came down to the final draft yesterday their letters were all about the standards- dolls, guns, trucks, and puppies! Lol
