Turkey Traditions

I don't care how many times I see these- they always make me smile!!

 

Turkey Time!

 

We are learning about Native Americans this week and preparing to celebrate Thanksgiving. We have learned some new words and symbols, made a tipi, a vest, a canoe, and woven mat. I sent home paper feathers for the children to decorate with their families. We still lack three, but I wanted you to see our handsome hall turkey.
