The following jurors were appointed for the August term of District Court:
Rayson Wilson, Pete Nail, Milton Wright, Joe Foster, B. Y. Perry, R. D. Anderson, Simpson Armby, George Williams
The following Judges were appointed and commissioned for election:
Caddo Precinct: Rayson Wilson, Wallace Roberson, Nat Perkins
Durant Precinct: Abner Willis, J. J. Gardner, A. Frank Ross
Caney Precinct: Israel Sharkey, Arlington Jones, Joel Byington

The final report of C. W. Seago was filed and he was dismissed as guardian of James and Elizabeth Betts.
Objections to the report of John L. Hampton was filed by Elizabeth Mackey, was taken up. John L. Hampton was summoned to court to show cause why his report should not be disproved.

The county and probate court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation convened in regular session at Caddo, Indian Territory.
The petition of Atwood A. Risner asking to sell improvements located on land claims by M. K. & T. R. R. was filed.
The account of John L. Hampton against the estate of W. W. Hampton, deceased, was filed.
The report of John L. Hampton, administrator of the estate of W. W. Hampton was disapproved and he was ordered to correct the same. Objection to said report filed by Elizabeth Mackey was sustained.
The following witnesses were subpoenaed to appear in the estate of W. W. Hampton, deceased: Mrs. W. W. Hampton, L. W. Frazier, J. W. Durant, and J. L. Hull. Court adjourned to meet at the next regular term.
