Attorneys for Senator Gore were in Caddo last Friday gathering evidence in the suit which had been filed against him by Mrs. Minnie bond for $50,000.
Mrs. Bond formerly lived in Caddo, her maiden name being Miss Minnie Ballinger, and she was married while here to Dr. A. Farrar, a dentist.
The evidence was of such a nature that the Herald does not care to publish it.
Mrs. Bond, her father, and attorney were here during the taking of the deposition. Senator Gore was represented by Morman Pruitt of Oklahoma City and John M. Young of Lawton.
