There are many issues of the Caddo Herald missing (I assume mostly due to fires) so it is always nice to find news for those time periods from other papers.

A fine boy was born to Mr. and Mrs. John Hogan Sunday night.
Mrs. Anderson, from Denison, is visiting her mother, Mrs. Cutter in Caddo.
Ben Siegel left Sunday for St. Louis to buy goods.
A.B. Rutherford made a business visit to Fort Worth, Texas, this week.
Mrs. W. P. Harrison returned Wednesday form a visit to Oklahoma City.
Mrs. C. A. Bilbo and Miss Marie Travis were Durant visitors Monday.
Mrs. J. H. Hurst, from Longview, Texas, visited Mrs. John T. Petty this week.
Mark Hall and William Harrison left Tuesday for Oklahoma City to enter school.
Mr. and Mrs. T. C. Williamson are the proud parents of a fine boy.
Mrs. Dr. Smith is in Little Rock, where she went to attend the funeral of her father.
Mrs. Geo. B. Morris and child are visiting relatives in Rice and other Texas points.
Mrs. R. C. Freeny went to Durant this week and entered her children, Ida and Apukaha, in the Durant college.
Mrs. A. B. McCoy and two sons visited parents at Wynnewood.
Mr. and Mrs. B. Bennett came up from Whitesboro Tuesday to visit the family of H. M. Dunlap.
Baptist church for the meeting which began Thursday night. The revival will be conducted by Rev. Stubblefield of Durant, Rev. Iliff and others.
O. Q. Moon has sold his store to W. J. Moon and has bought an interest in the Moon Hotel and the Caddo Light Plant.
The Sterrett and Caddo baseball teams played at the picnic ground Monday afternoon. The game was full of errors and hard hitting: the score being Sterrett 12, Caddo 8.
Mr. and Mrs. E. P. Hale have returned from New Mexico where they have been the past year.
W. W. Clinkscales and family moved this week to Atoka.
Una and Homer Freeny went to Jones Academy this week. Homer will attend the school.
G. B. Greenlee has returned from Sherman where he has been in the hospital for two weeks.
A fine boy was born Monday to Mr. and Mrs. Walker Phillips who live on the Crutchfield place.
Ira Smith left Wednesday for Oklahoma City with Miss Katie Smith, who will enter school there.
Miss Sadie Odill returned Wednesday from a visit at Cherryvale, Kan.
Mrs. Homer has returned from Dallas.
Mrs. F. E. Folsom went to Durant Monday and entered her daughters, Erma and Jewel, in the Durant College.
