Case 100. The petition of Henry Byington asking to adopt his child, Richard Henry, as a legal child to him, filed 2 December 1889. It was granted and ordered to be recorded, 6 June 1890.
Case 101. A petition of F. A. Thompson asking to adopt his child, Willie, as his legal heir, 18 December 1889. The petition was granted 3 February 1890.
Case 102. A petition of J. R. Lawrence was asking for letters of Administration on the estate of Jake Long, deceased, was filed 6 January 1890. This petition was set aside and granted to opposing petition of Edmond Pickens, March 4, 1890.
Case 103. The report of Pier Durant, Administrator of the estate of L. B. Pate, deceased, inventory, 1 January 1890. It was approved January 6, 1890 by G. W. Gardner, County and probate Judge of Blue County, Choctaw Nation.
Case 104. A petition of James Reed, asking for a letter of guardianship for Andre Reed presented 6 January 1890. It was not granted; they had no jurisdiction in the matter, February 3, 1890.
Case 105. The Bill of Complaint of J. R. Lawrence against James Alexander was field 6 January 1890. The case was decided against a non-citizen, James Alexander.
Case 106. The petition of David Gardner asking for letters of administration 6 January 1890. Granted the 4th of April, 1890.
Case 107. Report of Pier Durant guardian of Shelton Huddleston 6 January 1890. Approved 6 January 1890 and ordered to be recorded.
Case 108. A report of Calvin Beams, administrator on the estate of Elizann McHenry, deceased, was filed 6 January 1890. It was approved 10 January 1890 and ordered to be recorded. G. W. Gardner, County and Probate Judge.
Case 109. A petition of Clay Perkins on the estate of David Perkins, deceased, was filed January 1890. It was accepted and ordered to be recorded on 3 March 1890.
Case 110. A bill of complaint of Thomas Pitchlynn vs. David Bohannon, 6 January 1890. Case was appealed to the Supreme Court… (can’t read) Thos. Pitchlynn sold the place in controversy and the court approved the gift petition this 8 September 1890. C. M. Armby, Judge of Blue County, Choctaw Nation.
Case 111. The petition of Edmond Pickens, crossfile to J. R. Lawrence; the petition was asking for letters of Administration on the estate of Jake Long, deceased, 13 January 1890. This petition was granted and appoint administrator, March 4, 1890.
Case 112. A crossfile bill of complaint of D. F. Bohannon to Thomas Pitchlynn, complained 24 January 1890. This case was decided in favor of D. F. Bohannon by this court. The case was appealed to the Supreme Court, March term 1890.
Case 113. The petition of M. A. Davis against Josie McDonell, February 1890. This case was withdrawn by defendant in favor of Mrs. M. A. Davis and paid the cost, 7 April 1890.
Case 114. The complaint of A. B. Brown vs. Charles McSwain, was filed 17 February 1890. The complaint of A. R. Brown was withdrawn from the court May 4, 1890.
Case 115. A bill of complaint of D. F. Bohannon against Mrs. Harriet Lattie was presented the 4th of March 1890. This bill of complaint was withdrawn from the court by paying the cost, May 6, 1890.
Case 116. A petition of crossfile of Ben Carson against David Gardner petition, 25 January 1890. The petition of Ben Carson was withdrawn by attorney Henry Byington.
Case 117. The bill of complaint of D. F. Bohannon vs. Fred Palmer was filed March 1890. The bill of complaint was withdrawn may 9, 1890 by paying the cost.
