J. A. Moore had business in Missouri this week.
A. E. Ray Jr. had business in Greenville, Texas, Monday.
E. W. Denning was a business visitor to Durant Monday.
R. H. Byington was here from Caney Monday visiting his father.
W. H. Morris and Bob Bell were court visitors to Durant Tuesday.
Mrs. W. T. Smith and Mrs. H. Edwards were visitors to Durant Monday.
The fellow who put the germ in Germany must have also put in the many.
H. T. Chiles, G. A. Crossett and Rev. A. P. Johnson were business visitors to Durant Monday.
Misses Olene and Myrtle Hardage of Durant spent Saturday and Sunday with Misses Rose and Juanita Rogers.
Bob Ellis was in town from his place south of town Wednesday. He says the cold is just what the ground needs.
Evangelist G. A Marvin is holding a meeting in Durant. It will be remember that he held a meeting in Caddo some three years ago.
Mrs. W. E. Brigance came down from McAlester Friday to visit the family of J. C. Brigance who have been ill, but are getting along nicely now.
Miss Adeline Goddard, State Christian Endeavor field Secretary, will give an address at the Christian Church Friday evening January 14. Come and hear her.
The subject for the Sunday morning sermon at the Christian Church will be “Christ revealing the Father” and for the evening discourse “The Conversion of Saul”.

Mrs. John Folsom died at the family home in Oklahoma City last Saturday and was buried there Monday. Earnest Pitchlynn attended from here, returning home Monday. She leaves a husband and two children. John Folsom formerly lived here and is a brother to Mrs. Ira L. Smith.
