It has been suggested that Caddo issue bonds for the purpose of paving Buffalo street in the business section of the city. This would add materially to the beauty of the town and the increase in the value of property would more than pay the cost of paving.

It will soon be time to elect city officer, mayor, councilmen, and marshal. If you are an aspirant for any of those positions of honor, The Herald will state your case at $2.50 per case. Don’t be backward boys, but come out and let the people know who you are and what you want.

The Theatre going people of Caddo were given a real treat Thursday night at the Opera House. “The Boss of Z Ranch” was the play and it was produced in a manner that was altogether pleasing to the patrons of the house; it is seldom that we see so good a show in the smaller towns. If Mrs. Warner, the new manager of the opera House, will give the people this class of shows and cut out the unreliable and grafting aggrigations such as we had had offered in the past, she will redeem the house and Caddo people will patronize her shows. Caddo people know the difference between a good show and a bad one and the fact that the house has been poorly patronized is because the people like to have their money’s worth even in a show.
