Anyone know if this is the right spelling for the coach? I would have guessed Adair rather than Alair, but stayed with the name as spelled in the paper, since it was repeated three times. I can check some other issues of the paper later.

Caddo High to Have Good Team
Football practice at the high school has been going on for about two weeks and the boys are rapidly getting in shape for their games, the first of which will be next Friday when they go to Durant to scrimmage the Normal freshmen.
The following boys have been coming out regularly for practice and the lineup will be strong after all the rough places have been smoothed out by Coach Alair. At center will be Green, Rohde or Smith; guards will be taken care of by Reeves, Wood, Lacy, Robinson, and D. Boydston. At tackles will be Embry, Linch, and H. Boydston; and ends will be Sawyer, C. Geter, and H. Geter.
At quarterback will be McCreary and J. Smith, with each alternating at fullback. At halfbacks will be H. Cobb, Captain, H. Copeland and Rohde and Smith when they are not in the line.
Subs will be C. and F. Semple, Jack Geter, Castello, and J. Copeland.
The boys are rapidly adjusting themselves to their positions and new plays are given the boys every day and by the time the season opens they will make every team step.

Sept. 21- Caddo at Madill
Sept. 28- Caddo at Antlers
Oct. 5- Tishomingo here (tentative)
Oct. 12- Caddo at Kiowa
Oct. 19- Open
Oct. 26- Open
Nov. 2- Coalgate here
Nov. 9- Caddo at Atoka
Nov. 16- Caddo at Kingston
Nov. 23- Caddo at Hartshorne
Nov. 29- Open (Thanksgiving)
Coach Alair is looking for games to fill all open dates on Caddo’s schedule and any school wanting games on the above open dates can arrange for same by getting in touch with G. E. Alair, coach, Caddo.
