T. I McGraw came home Wednesday from a two week’s sojourn in Sherman Hospital, much improved in health.
John H. Mason of Durant was a Caddo visitor Monday in the interest of his campaign for County Treasurer.
Mrs. Jess Heath and children are here from Duncan visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Clower and friends.
Dr. H. Pope left Tuesday for Asher to practice his profession. His friends here were regretful that he saw fit to leave.
Mrs. Nannie Folsom and sister Miss Carla Robinson arrived home Friday to enjoy a month’s vacation with homefolks and friends.
Mrs. Ivan McGraw, son, Weldon, and daughter, Mildred, and R. C. McGraw were visiting Mr. McGraw at the Sherman Hospital Sunday.
Mr. and Mrs. James Boone of Konawa, are visiting relatives in Caddo. They will visit relatives in Denison for a few days before returning to their home n Konawa.
Last Tuesday afternoon about ten automobile loads of supporters of J. H. Lipscomb accompanied him to Caddo in the interest of his race for Sheriff. They will always find a cordial welcome here.
Guy A. Crossett was in Coal and Atoka counties campaigning for Senator. He found the democrats of those counties very much for him, and thinks he will carry both counties over both opponents.
J. E. Miller, candidate for Representative of Atoka County, was in Caddo, last Friday. He formerly went to Caddo schools and has many friends here. His prospects for election he says are very good.
Friday night, July27th, at Pleasant Hill Schoolhouse there will be a Pie Supper and Candidate Rally. Everyone is cordially invited to be resent. Candidates may speak. Proceeds to be used to buy songbooks and fix lights.
Mr. and Mrs. Buel Braudrick of Ada are proud parents of a fine nine-pound boy who arrived last Monday morning. Buel is a former Caddo boy. Mother and baby are doing nicely and at present are at the home of her brother, Lloyd Manning, in Caddo.
Mr. and Mrs. Clint Hibdon and two children and Mrs. Hibdon’s sisters, Misses Sussie and Madge Pherigo arrived in Caddo Friday from their home in Imperial, Calif. and will enjoy a visit here with relatives and friends. Mrs. Hibdon and the Misses Pherigos are sisters of Mrs. Warner Adair.
There will be a pie supper and candidate rally at Franklin Schoolhouse on Saturday night, July 28th. Everyone is cordially invited to attend and candidates are especially invited to this meeting.
Next Friday, the 27th, there will be a 4-H Club Rally and basket picnic at Bokchito. Come and bring your baskets well filled and enjoy the day with the good people of Bokchito.
