For those of you who purchased my book, “Fat Men and Fabulous Ladies”, please note that there is a typographical error on page 115 which might interfere with family research on Mr. Granville McPherson. The sentence which reads “In visits he has had no cause for drawing upon his own stores;” should instead be “In Vinita he has….” I just noticed the error yesterday when doing some more research on Mr. Granville. The Word program often makes auto-corrections which go unnoticed and I suspect this was one of them. However the error occurred, it might be important to someone’s research to know that Mr. McPherson was in Vinita during this time period. My apologies.
