Died: The untimely death of John D. Hall has cast a gloom over the community. In the vigor and prime of life, surrounded by a fond wife and loving children, the fell destroyer takes him from their midst almost without warning; only a few days ago he was thrown from his horse breaking a leg and necessitated amputation, which caused his death. He died Thursday morning at 4 o’clock surrounded by sympathizing friends and relatives. He had been a resident of that community for about 30 years and was highly esteemed by his many friends and acquaintances. He leaves a wife and five children, who have the sympathy of the community in their great bereavement. The remains were interred in the Bokchito Cemetery under the Masonic auspices.
