Mrs. A. G. Wood Dies

Mrs. A. G. Wood died Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock and was buried in Caddo cemetery Monday afternoon, Rev. Geo. E. Tyson conducting the service, assisted by Rev. J. H. Miller and Rev. H. W. Hanselman.

Mrs. Wood was the wife of A. G. Wood, was 68 years of age, had lived in this county about 10 years, coming from Hunt County, Texas. She joined the Methodist church when 15 years of age and had been a faithful member in the intervening years. During the past three years she suffered much from ill health, but bore the pain patiently all the time. She gave evidence of readiness to go home.

Deceased was survived by her husband; A. R. Wood of Freeny; Mrs. J. M. Mitchell of Franklin; Virginia Wood of Caddo; R. L., J. W. and O. L. Wood all of Quanah, Texas, and many other relatives.
