Mrs. D. B. Mason is Buried Saturday in Dallas
Mrs. D. B. Mason died Friday night at her home here as apparent result of self-administered poison a few minutes after taking the fatal medicine.
Short funeral services were held Saturday at noon at the funeral home in Durant after which the body was taken to Dallas for interment.
Services in Durant were conducted by Rev. R. C. Miller, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Durant.
Deceased is survived by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Thompson of Dallas and two sisters and one brother of Dallas also, and her husband, D. B. Mason and one daughter, Jane, of Caddo.
Deceased was approximately 31 years of age and was born in Washington, Ark. and lived at that place until her parents moved to Dallas to make their home. She was married in 1920 to D. B. Mason when they were students in a business college in Dallas. They moved to Caddo in 1929 to make their home at the time the First State Bank was organized her and he became affiliated with the bank as its cashier.
We extend to the surviving relatives our deepest sympathy in their hour of bereavement.
