Civic Club meets in the Community Hall Dec. 3rd
A regular meeting of the Civic Club was held December 3 in the Community Hall. Mrs. Carl Petty, Mrs. Boyd Killingsworth, Mrs. Raymond Hutchens, and Mrs. John B. Poyner being hostesses.
President reported one lot for $50 sold. Talked to county commissioner about fixing the road to cemetery; he agreed to grade the road and help buy gravel, but the committee was appointed to get funds for balance.

Mrs. Huddleston gave a detailed report of district Federation at Quinton. Mrs. Crossett, Mrs. Dr. Cochran, Mrs. Gecks, Mrs. Hogan and Mrs. Semple also reported.
The Civic Club won second for year books and second for scrap books.
We are very proud to have one member of our club, Mrs. Guy A. Crossett, president of the Seventh District for the next two years.
Club voted to send one tree to the Woodward tree committee to be marked in honor of Mrs. R. C. Freeny.
