Buffalo Street

If only this had become a reality! I would love to have a park median down Buffalo Street.

Pave Buffalo Street

If Caddo becomes a city of the first class it would be possible to pave Buffalo street its entire length, besides two cross business streets, without a great cost, as it could be distributed over a term of years.

It would be nice to run a park down the center of Buffalo street with paving on each side. The park could be 20 or 25 feet wide with two fountains to each block and paving 20 or 22 feet on each side, then the private parking line and sidewalk would make up the remaining width of 100 feet.

Such a scheme would add greatly to the beauty of the street and when completed would double the values of all property on the street.

This is not a dream. Such a project is feasible and likely to be a reality within the next two years.
