Virginia Hogan Hurt
Monday afternoon in Durant, Miss Virginia Hogan, 2-year-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Hogan of Caddo, was ran over by an auto on Main street and was severely injured; but was able to come home Tuesday morning, and is now resting well, with hope of no permanent injury.
Mrs. Hogan, with her two children, was crossing the street in front of the Mercantile when little Virginia released her hold on her mother and the car struck her. The car was driven by Mrs. Ed Clark, who regrets the accident very much. Mrs. Clark was driving slowly and it seems to have been one of those unavoidable accidents, blame attaching to no one.
