The body of Andy Fryer was found dead Tuesday morning in his field of the Carnes place six miles northeast of Caddo. The remains will be buried Thursday in Caddo Cemetery.

Andy Fryer was well known in Caddo and Atoka county, at one time being a candidate for sheriff. He was to have gone to work at Aylesworth prison Jan. 1. He has a brother Joe Fryer who lives at Atoka. He is a second cousin of Bert Fryer of Caddo and stepfather of Mrs. Raymond Bootees. His daughter, Mrs. Lula Patterson lives in Oklahoma City.
Andy Fryer was a good citizen, and his friends will be shocked to learn of his tragic death.
