Aged Caddo man Passed Away Friday

Francis M. Nichols, aged 75 and a resident of Caddo for 25 years, passed away at this home Friday afternoon. Funeral services were held at the Caddo Methodist church at 3 o’clock with Rev. Littlejohn officiating. Burial under direction of Homes Funeral Home, was in the Matoy cemetery.

The deceased, who died after a short illness, was born in Missouri, June 26, 1868. He was married 47 years ago in Arkansas. He was a member of the Methodist church and lived in Matoy before moving to Caddo. Survivors are his wife, three sons, William and Doyle Nichols, Amarillo, Texas, and two daughters, Mrs. C. E. McKinney and Mrs. Grace Hull, Caddo.

Mr. Nichols had been a member of the Caddo Methodist church for many years and was loved and respected by all who knew him.
