The five charter members of the club are Henry Bass, Wallace Boone, John L. Boland, W.E. McIntosh, and Jess Maytubby. Governor Richardson praised the men for their faithfulness and long service and told them they were largely responsible for the success of the Caddo Lions club.

The evening dinner was opened with an invocation by Rev. J. B. Kirk. Rev. Charles Puckett and Mrs. Jess Maytubby were presented in solos, and readings were given by Mrs. R. Cochran and Mrs. John Poyner. Mrs. Henry Bass gave a piano solo.
Following the installation of officers, governor Richardson presented the 25-year pins to charter members and delivered the principle address.
