The County and Probate Court of Blue County, Choctaw Nation, convened in regular session at Caddo, Indian Territory, the seat of Justice this 6th day of July 1903. Present, R.C. Freeny, Judge; J.W. Durant, Sheriff; C.C. Robinson, Bailiff.
C.H. Jones filed petition asking to be appointed administrator over the estate of Robert Jones, deceased.
Jackson W. Carnes filed petition asking that J. D. Lankford be appointed his guardian.
The application of Henry Byington to be appointed administrator over the estate of David Drew and was present and allowed and Henry Byington was appointed administrator of the said estate.
The application of Henry Byington to be appointed administrator of the estate of Harley Billy was presented and allowed by the court and Henry Byington was appointed administrator of said estate.
The application of Adelia Peters for appointment as guardian of Elisha Peters and William Peters minor heirs of Wesley Peters was presented and granted by the court. Adelia Peters was appointed guardian of said wards.
Henry Byington filed petition of appointment as administrator of the estate of Jefferson Williams, deceased. Same was granted temporarily and bond was fixed at $400.00
Henry Byington filed application to be appointed administrator over the estate of Daniel J. Moses, deceased. Same was granted temporarily and bond was fixed at one thousand dollars.
