I ran across this photo last year and didn't know what it was or how it related to Caddo. I was curious as to why the band members were so young. I think I've found the answer. I think this is a photo of Teddy's Terrors. If anyone thinks I'm wrong, please let me know. Caddo also had a "boy band" in 1910, but this seems like an older photo.

Teddy's Terrors or Caddo's Kids Band
The above is now the most interesting band in the B.I.T. It is composed of ten very bright boys, selected by W. H. Wheeler, from the best families of Caddo, and he has drilled them in some choice selections so that they make most excellent music. Their names, ages and positions are as follows:
