This year the Caddo Heritage Day celebration will include a Competition Chili Cook Off. Be sure to register early if you want to show off your chili cooking skills! There is a $10 booth fee. First prize is $100. Cooking will take place from 8:00am to 12:00noon, and judging will begin at 12:15. Remember, Heritage Day is Saturday, October 6.( This competition is open to anyone and is not sanctioned by the ICS, CAST, Tolbert, or any other chili cook off membership organization at this time.)
